At Epoxy Floor Pros, we stand by the quality of our work and are committed to delivering long-lasting results. If something goes wrong due to a failure in our materials or workmanship, we’re here to make it right. If any part of your epoxy garage floor coating peels, bubbles, or delaminates under normal residential conditions within three years of installation, we’ll inspect the area and—if covered—repair or recoat it at no cost to you. Our goal is your satisfaction, and this warranty is part of that commitment.

### What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers only defects in workmanship and materials used during the installation of your epoxy garage floor coating system. Specifically, we warrant that:

The coating will not peel, delaminate, or bubble under normal residential use *caused by installation or material defects**.

* The coating will maintain adhesion to the properly prepared concrete surface.

Normal residential use refers to personal vehicle storage (up to 8,000 lbs), walking traffic, and standard household use. It excludes commercial operations, heavy equipment, or repeated impact/abrasion from non-standard use.

Important: The Basic System does not include a Moisture Vapor Barrier (MVB) or UV-protective topcoat.

### What This Warranty Does Not Cover

To be transparent and fair, here are things this warranty does not cover:

* Anything caused by outside factors such as moisture, water intrusion, flooding, slab cracks, earthquakes, structural movement, or poor foundation conditions.

* Moisture vapor transmission (MVT) or hydrostatic pressure, as this system does not include a vapor barrier.

* Hot tire pickup, staining, or discoloration caused by vehicles, chemicals, oil, or other contaminants.

* Improper maintenance or misuse, including harsh cleaners, neglect, or dragging heavy items across the floor.

* UV damage or fading due to sunlight (no UV-stable topcoat included).

* Physical impact or abuse such as dropped objects, excessive weight, or non-residential use.

* Alterations or coatings applied by others after our installation.

Contractor shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages. Total liability shall never exceed the original contract price.

### Conditions of Warranty

This warranty is valid only if:

* You are the original purchaser and retain proof of installation.

* You notify us of any issues within 7 days of discovering them.

* The floor is not altered, damaged, or repaired by anyone other than Epoxy Floor Pros.

* Reasonable care is taken to protect the surface (avoid harsh cleaners, dragging heavy items, or prolonged standing water).

* Moisture testing was performed, or you signed a waiver declining it.

### Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Contact us through our website within 7 days of noticing a potential issue.

2. Include your name, address, installation date, and clear photos of the area.

3. We will inspect the floor within a reasonable time. If the issue is covered, we’ll fix it.

If we determine the issue falls within this warranty, we will:

* Repair or recoat the affected area—no charge to you.

Please note: We do not provide refunds or reimbursements. Warranty coverage is limited to the services described above.

### Liability and Legal Terms

* Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the original cost of installation.

* We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as damage to vehicles, storage items, or lost use of your garage.

* This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original property owner at the address of installation.

* All disputes under this warranty shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, CA, rather than court.
