Epoxy Floor Pros ("Contractor") provides this Limited Lifetime Warranty ("Warranty") to the original residential purchaser ("Owner") for the epoxy floor installation ("Work") performed at the property address listed on the signed contract. This Warranty becomes valid on the date the installation is completed and accepted by the Owner.

This warranty applies for the expected lifetime of the epoxy coating, which under normal residential use is up to fifteen (15) years from the date of installation.

### 1. Coverage Periods

This Warranty provides tiered coverage beginning on the date the installation is completed and accepted by the Owner:

* Years 0–5: Full coverage for defects in materials and workmanship.

* Years 6–10: Limited coverage; Contractor will repair affected areas but not provide full replacement.

* Years 11–15: Discounted repair services at Contractor’s discretion (generally between 20–50% off standard service pricing); no obligation for full repair or replacement.

### 2. Covered Items

During the applicable coverage period, Contractor warrants that the epoxy floor:

* Will not delaminate, peel, or blister under normal residential use.

* Will remain adhered to properly prepared substrate, excluding areas subject to the exclusions below.

* Will maintain UV stability with the included UV-protective topcoat.

* Moisture issues will be covered if a Moisture Vapor Barrier (MVB) was purchased and installed.

### 3. Exclusions and Limitations

This Warranty does not cover damage, failure, or defects caused in whole or in part by:

* Moisture or Water Intrusion if no MVB was purchased or installed.

* Structural Movement: Cracks or shifts in the concrete slab or foundation, including settling or expansion joints.

* Improper Maintenance or Misuse: Use of harsh chemicals, failure to clean, or neglect.

* Physical Abuse or Impact: Heavy equipment, dropped objects, or abnormal loads.

* Alterations or Repairs not performed or approved by Contractor.

* Environmental Factors: Efflorescence, chemical staining from automotive fluids, or other substances beyond normal residential use.

Contractor shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages. Total liability shall never exceed the original contract price.

### 4. Owner Responsibilities

Owner must:

* Maintain proper drainage around the structure and keep slab free from standing water.

* Follow Contractor’s written care and maintenance guidelines.

* Notify Contractor in writing of any alleged defect within 30 days of discovery and allow inspection.

Failure to meet these requirements voids this Warranty.

### 5. Transferability

This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Owner for as long as they own the property.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. All implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This warranty is designed for long-term homeowners seeking dependable, long-lasting protection and UV stability without the additional cost of full premium coverage.
