3. I have had an opportunity to inspect the completed work.

4. I understand that any remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. I understand the terms of the warranty (if applicable) and have received a copy of it.

6. I understand that any future service requests or concerns will be addressed in accordance with the signed contract.
